Return Eligibility

- Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Return Process

- Contact our support team within 2 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will share return instructions.
- Ship the product back using a reliable courier service within Pakistan.

Return Shipping Cost

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos of the issue for quick resolution.

Refunds

- Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
